Refunds
MemoryMarket processes refunds manually. To request a refund, email support@memorymarket.co within 7 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- Purchase was made within the last 7 days.
- The skill pack did not work as described (e.g., the SKILL.md file was missing or contained false claims about its capabilities).
- You have not already used the skill in production workflows at scale.
How to request
- Email support@memorymarket.co with your order ID (find it on the Purchases page).
- Describe why the pack did not meet your expectations.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, you may open a dispute with your card issuer. We cooperate with all legitimate chargeback requests.
