Refunds

MemoryMarket processes refunds manually. To request a refund, email support@memorymarket.co within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Purchase was made within the last 7 days.
  • The skill pack did not work as described (e.g., the SKILL.md file was missing or contained false claims about its capabilities).
  • You have not already used the skill in production workflows at scale.

How to request

  1. Email support@memorymarket.co with your order ID (find it on the Purchases page).
  2. Describe why the pack did not meet your expectations.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

Disputes

If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, you may open a dispute with your card issuer. We cooperate with all legitimate chargeback requests.
