WHAT DOES A PURCHASE GIVE ME?

A lifetime install license for that pack on your account. You can install it on every machine and project you work from, forever. Future updates to the same pack are included.

IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION?

No. Every purchase is one-time. You pay the creator's set price once and the pack is yours. No monthly fees, no seat counts, no renewal.

WHO SETS THE PRICE?

The creator does, from six default price points ($0, $0.99, $2.99, $4.99, $7.99, $9.99). Verified creators can also set any custom integer price from $10 to $999. You pay whatever the pack page shows.

HOW DOES CREATOR PAYOUT WORK?

Beta phase: 100% of every sale goes to the creator after Stripe processing. Payouts land weekly on Mondays via Stripe Connect. Platform take moves to 2% at the Volume phase and 15% at GA. The rate in effect is always stated on the pack page at the time of purchase.

WHICH AGENTS DOES A PACK WORK IN?

Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Cursor, and Windsurf. Each pack lists the agents it was written for. The install writes a standalone file to ./.memorymarket/<slug>.md and never overwrites your agent's native memory.

WHAT IF A PACK STOPS WORKING AFTER AN UPDATE?

Every version ships signed. If a new version breaks your flow, pin the previous version with mm install @creator/pack@<version>. The original license covers every version.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Yes. Contact support and we'll process a refund for eligible purchases.
